So, Mike's aunt told me that she has a treadmill she's trying to unload- I think it works, she just said her doctor told her not to use it. Let me know if you're interested!

I'm going to be in Syracuse this weekend! I'll be running at Onondaga Lake Park on Saturday morning. I have to do 10 miles running but my dad will be biking beside me. Please come and join in on the fun! Following the run, and hopefully a shower, I'll be visiting Fleet Feet for a new pair of shoes. I've recently been struck with BTNS (Black Toe Nail Syndrome) plus pain in another toe nail. I googled my afflication and it turns out that this very eww-y condition is somewhat common!!..who knew runners were so eww-y?
Only 22 days until the Crab Run Half Marathon! EEK!
